Hôtel très propre et récent prêt de la mer tout était parfait si je devrais dire quelque chose il faudrait juste améliorer le petit déjeuner mais vraiment pour dire quelque chose rooftop excellent belle vue j’espère que cette hôtel restera comme ça longtemps 😊👌personnel super sympa

Very disappointing experience – rooms far below expectations Unfortunately, my experience at the Mercure Hotel Algiers was extremely disappointing, particularly when it came to the condition and quality of the room. The room was far from what I expected from a hotel of this standard. It felt old, poorly maintained, and in need of serious renovation. The furniture and overall condition of the room gave the impression that it had not been properly updated or maintained for a long time. Cleanliness and general room comfort were also disappointing. For the price and the reputation of the hotel, I expected a much higher standard. The room simply did not feel like a comfortable or well-maintained hotel room. Old very unnoticeable air conditioner. What made the experience even more frustrating was the contrast between the hotel’s name and the actual condition of the accommodation. A Mercure property should provide a certain level of comfort and quality, and unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations. I would strongly recommend that management inspect and renovate the rooms and pay much more attention to maintenance and cleanliness and the elevators. The hotel has potential, but the current condition of the rooms seriously damages the overall experience. Overall, a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend it based on the room quality.
